| Details | The Services do not cover accessories, supply parts, and some specific parts of the Machine such as batteries, racks, and enclosures. Before IBM replaces a machine or part, you shall remove all components, parts, options, alterations and accessories of that machine which are not covered by the maintenance services of this Agreement. You should also ensure that the replacement of the replaced parts is not hindered by any legal obligations or restrictions, etc. Your entitlement to service will terminate after 1, 2 or 3 years from the date of installation of the machine, as specified in this package. |
