Service Introduction
Cloud Migration ServicesIt is a professional service based on the source information provided by XX (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"), with Huawei Cloud designing and implementing the migration program.
This Service Statement of Work can be used as an attached template to the Upper Cloud Migration Professional Services Contract, which provides a basic agreement on the project's scope of work, the contracting parties' work interfaces, and the conditions for completion, and in case of conflict with the terms and conditions of the Upper Cloud Migration Professional Services Contract, the Upper Cloud Migration Professional Services Contract shall take precedence.
Scope of Services
The Huawei cloud services for this project include the following:
- Based on the scope of applications and data to be migrated as clarified by both parties, the client is provided with redeployment proposals, hosting, database and data migration and other program design and implementation services.
- Provide customers with Huawei Cloud Infrastructure Assurance Services when switching to Huawei Cloud for business within the agreed scope.
The following are not included in the cloud migration services for this project:
- Customer application software and database design, modification.
- Installation and deployment of client applications and databases.
- Cloud platform infrastructure facility design and environment build.
- Migrate the communication infrastructure components required for the implementation.
- Migration of applications, databases and data not explicitly identified as "in scope".

| Migration program design | Evaluate the business system, database, storage data and other information, provide business migration solutions, including network planning on the cloud, basic environment deployment, application host migration, database migration, storage data migration and other programs to assist customers to complete the business switching program. |
| Networking implementation | Assist customers with the deployment and implementation of private lines, virtual private networks (VPN), virtual private cloud (VPC) intranets, security groups, ACLs, etc. |
| Infrastructure implementation | According to the cloud solution, assist customers to complete the implementation of the infrastructure solutions on the cloud, such as assisting customers to carry out the purchase and opening of ECS, RDS and other resources. |
| Host Migration | Implement a host migration program to migrate the entire operating system of the application host to Huawei Cloud. |
| Database migration | Implement database migration programs and assist clients with full and incremental database migration implementations. |
| Storage Data Migration | Assist customers, implement full and incremental data migration, assist customers to verify the effect of full and incremental data migration, and complete the cutover of data stored under the cloud to data stored on the cloud. |
| Operational pressure testing | For web-based applications for web login, view and other scenarios of the transaction, high concurrency business pressure test, provide concurrency, transaction success rate, response latency and TPS and other test indicators, to provide optimization recommendations for bottlenecks. |
| Business Switching Assurance | Provide coverage of Huawei Cloud infrastructure when customers implement a business switch to Huawei Cloud. |
